The 𝐅𝐨𝐫𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐒𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐫 𝐀𝐝𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬: 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝟏𝐬𝐭 𝐀𝐎 𝐒𝐮𝐦𝐦𝐢𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐒𝐃𝐎 𝐂𝐨𝐭𝐚𝐛𝐚𝐭𝐨 successfully held its 𝟏𝐬𝐭 𝐀𝐝𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐒𝐮𝐦𝐦𝐢𝐭 on 𝐒𝐞𝐩𝐭𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝟑𝟎 𝐭𝐨 𝐎𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝟏, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟓, 𝐚𝐭 𝐆𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐧𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐟 𝐇𝐨𝐭𝐞𝐥, 𝐆𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐥 𝐒𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐨𝐬 𝐂𝐢𝐭𝐲. The two-day event was strongly supported and encouraged by SDS Romelito G. Flores, CESO V and was spearheaded by the Administrative Services Section, led by the Administrative Officer V Charon J. Initan. This summit brought together all AO II personnel from across the division.

With the theme “𝙐𝙥𝙝𝙤𝙡𝙙𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙄𝙣𝙩𝙚𝙜𝙧𝙞𝙩𝙮 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙀𝙭𝙘𝙚𝙡𝙡𝙚𝙣𝙘𝙚: 𝙏𝙝𝙚 𝙍𝙤𝙡𝙚 𝙤𝙛 𝘼𝙙𝙢𝙞𝙣𝙞𝙨𝙩𝙧𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙫𝙚 𝙊𝙛𝙛𝙞𝙘𝙚𝙧𝙨 𝙞𝙣 𝙋𝙪𝙗𝙡𝙞𝙘 𝙎𝙚𝙧𝙫𝙞𝙘𝙚,” the summit aimed to unite all AOs in one venue to encourage knowledge-sharing, showcase best practices, and provide updates on recent policies, issuances, and innovations in public administration. The event also sought to foster stronger network among AOs to enhance collaboration and exchange of ideas.

Distinguished speakers from various sectors were invited to share their insights and expertise, which provided participants with valuable perspective on integrity, efficiency, and innovation in government service.

The summit marked a significant milestone in strengthening the capacities of admin. personnel, reaffirming their vital role in ensuring effective and ethical public service within the education sector.
